BEATRICE ANTOLINI
Luglio 28, 2009
Considered as the weird lady of Italian independent scene, smart Beatrice used to play piano before composing her own concept, a strange patchwork of fragments from jazz, Barrettish psychedelia, burlesque, soundtracks, Dresden Dolls theatre. Supported by a skilled band, Beatrice issued a couple of album that remind circus and Far West (first one was called “Big Saloon”), showing lots of influences and no one: the “thing” nearest to Jennifer Gentle and, one minute later, just Beatrice Antolini.
